    2. Pause: A 草莓视频 Grief Mini Retreat

Take a pause and tend to your healing. Refreshments and materials will be provided

    This is a free event.

鈥淧ause: A 草莓视频 Grief Mini Retreat鈥 is a transformative arts based experience 鈥 this mini retreats invite individuals to come together, to share and turn their deepest pain into newfound joy.

Join us for a healing journey where connections, understanding, and a supportive space meet, guiding you toward your path to reclaiming and redefining your power.

One the other side of grief is access to more joy. This means that submitting to the process yields gifts like: waking up and feeling alive again, properly responding to situations rather than reacting or over reacting, finding new interests, reconnecting to your hobbies & passions, being able to see situations and people as they are and not through the lens of your trauma, being better equipped to attract and maintain healthy relationships, seeing your worth and having the audacity to own it, and more!
