Are you in the mood for luxury, people making a fuss over you, incredibly prepared food, fine wine, and panoramic views of Cincinnati’s skyline?
Then do what I did and book a night at the “Lytle Park Hotel, Autograph Collection”. Located at 311 Pike Rd Cincinnati, Ohio 45202. Near the historic Mt. Adams neighborhood, and around 14 miles from the Cincinnati/Northen Kentucky airport.
I was greeted with radiant genuine smiles from the staff and help with my bags to and from the vehicle. The lobby is decked out for the holidays and front and center is the grand Christmas tree.
Plenty of comfortable seating throughout the foyer with large containers of bright red poinsettias, and I hear they’re Santa’s favorite.
Check in was fast and off to my King suite with glamorous views of the city.

At any hotel I check the rim of the toilet seat for stuff, and let me say this was the cleanest hotel room I ‘ve ever stayed in.
Even the window seals were clean and dust free.
I had a bath in the giant-sized tub and felt if I were in a warm lagoon floating in nirvana!
The shower has a sturdy built-in seat and a detached shower head, very helpful for those with issues standing for periods of time.
What amenities are in the room?
Plenty of high-quality bath soaps, shower gels, shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion, and a dental kit.
Big screen televisions, thick warm terry robes, bedroom slippers, and a shower cap. A refrigerator, safe, temp control was in the suite, steamer, ironing board with iron to help look your best.

The mattress was perfect as it sits high no need to bend down while getting into bed.
For those with bad knees you already know the value of this feature. Soft smooth white high thread-count bed linens. Pillows that flex into the shape of your sleep habits.
The window treatments don’t allow light in and raise easily with a single pull chain.
A tea and coffee machine along with Lytle brand bottled water.
Two televisions in the suite and remotes, A comfortable sofa and writing desk for those that might be on a working trip. I loved the abstract art in the hall of the suite, as I collect abstract art myself.
The tablet on the nightstand is for communications with the Lytle staff, checking out, and other helpful features.
A big bedroom closet has an amazing energy saving feature, the light turns itself on and off. This and many other amenities make the hotel sustainable and eco-friendly.
Electric car charging station is available, along with valet parking.
Dry-cleaning service is available, wake up calls, turndown, and room service.
On the 1st floor is a gift shop with great snacks, aspirin, bath products, antacids, cold medications, half bottles of wine to take to your room, and souvenirs.
What is an Alpen Globes Igloo?
The rooftop has new igloos that are unique for holiday dining.
Two igloos are featured with warm blankets, heaters, above head lighting, and views of the Queen city. Dinner and cocktails are brought inside the igloo and is perfect for a snuggly date night. With certain smart phones music can be introduced into the igloo.

They were built in Colorado and shipped to the Lytle Hotel. They require two adults to put them together and take down after the season is over. The igloos are stored off property and are a completely new experience for the holidays. Make early reservations to be a part of this innovative seasonal fun.
The Lytle Hotel has a fitness center for those that have a healthy lifestyle. Very clean with state-of-the-art machines, and old school weights.
Furry companions are welcomed with a few rules, check with the Lytle for current information.
